Crash strategy guide
Crash rewards discipline more than reflexes. The multiplier climbs from 1x and busts at a random point — the only real decision is where you cash out, and whether you automate it.
House edge
~1%
Volatility
Medium to very high depending on cashout target
How the curve is generated
The bust point is decided before the round starts from a hashed seed. The rising curve is animation only — nothing you do during the round influences where it stops, which is why manual cashouts are only about your own reaction time.
Auto cashout beats manual
Manual cashout adds latency and emotion. Setting an auto-cashout at your target removes both and makes results match the maths. Most disciplined players run 1.5x–2x auto with flat stakes.
The two-bet split
Run one bet with auto-cashout at 1.4x–1.6x to recover stake, and a second smaller bet targeting 5x–10x. The low bet funds the session; the high bet supplies the upside. It does not beat the edge, but it smooths the ride.
The gambler's fallacy trap
A run of ten early busts says nothing about the next round. Each round is independent. Betting bigger 'because a high one is due' is the fastest way to lose a bankroll on Crash.
Quick tips
- Never chase a loss with an unplanned stake increase — set the auto-bet stop-loss first.
- Treat 1.98x as the coin-flip mark; anything above it wins less than half the time.
- Track sessions, not rounds — 500 rounds is the minimum useful sample.
- Play where cashback or rakeback is paid on wagers, not on losses.
Where to play Crash

FAQ
What is the safest Crash cashout?
Around 1.3x–1.5x wins most often, but the smaller payout means one bust erases several wins. Safety is really about stake size, not multiplier.
Can you predict a Crash point?
No. The bust point is committed before the round via a provably fair hash chain and cannot be predicted from previous rounds.
Are Crash bots worth it?
Bots only automate what you already decided. They cannot change the house edge, and aggressive martingale scripts are the most common cause of blown balances.
